It is possible to generate graphs and reports using historical service metrics data. 

To enable this functionality:

  1. Check the Retained Data checkbox in the service monitor as this will instruct Uptime Infrastructure Monitor to store the collected data.
  2. After Uptime Infrastructure Monitor has collected sufficient data, click My Infrastructure > My Infrastructure > the system that the service monitor is monitoring.
  3. On the Services tab, click Service Metrics.
  4. Make the appropriate selections in the graphing options, and then click Generate Graph.

If you want to generate a report, select the Service Metrics report and graph the desired data.
